Visible number stamp on ToD Indy bag

Hi

The number looks like 95395 ?
Also what is this dot at the back ? Just bad stitching or some kind of stud but for what ?

Dot looks like a 'vent hole' of some sorts... At least to me. W>

To me, that dot looks like those reinforcement studs on jeans pockets.
