So, I have wondered recently which companies use chrome-tanned leather or veg-tanned leather and which use both depending on the skin chosen?
I know Bill Kelso has a lot of leathers available and I believe most, if not all, of them are veg-tanned. I believe it’s been stated that Wested uses chrome-tanned leathers, with the exception of some of the newer legacy skins.
What about companies like US Wings, Magnoli, S&J, etc… I’d love to see what leathers we know to be veg and what are chrome.

Well, our jackets are made-to-order, so we use a variety of leather types and can pick a hide based on what you're after specifically.

You’ve sort of answered your own question. I don’t think there is any hard and fast rule. Each company uses both chrome and vegetable tanned leathers.
