Stay clear of them. They make a nice hat, but it’s too overpriced and not accurate enough.

For what it's worth, I have bought quite a few hats from them over the years. They're pretty well made, but customer service can really be a hit or a miss (by a mile).
To be fair, I haven't bought their Cliffhanger (Indy), but I use their western weight models for hiking in inclement weather in summer and winter, and they're honestly tough as nails, which is the only reason I kept going back.
For example, the first hat I got in 2016, which I still use as every summer as my primary beater, I wear when I'm hiking in and around Whistler. I bought it with the intention of using it as a beater.
Over the years, there were a few times I was surprised (and not so surprised) to be caught in torrential downpours while a couple hours into a trail. I'm talking so heavy, my hiking boots would be so soaked they took a couple days to dry. Yet, my hat didn't seem to be affected negatively by it. If anything, I'd say it's my best fitting hat, although granted I was forced to wear it while it dried, which probably helped.
But yeah, I've picked up a few more since then as backups, but haven't really had to use them since this one is a tank.
With that said, dealing with Barons recently has been a nightmare. They used to have a fantastic manager who I had ordered my first couple hats from that really worked with me to get the shape exactly how I wanted it. But I assume she has moved on, since on a couple recent orders (in the last year or two) for my wife, I've been dealing with a different person (who I think is related to the owner...?), and all my special requests have been ignored, and any follow ups are ghosted.
Weird way to treat a regular, so I have moved on to HJ. At the same (if not cheaper) price point and attention to detail, I don't see myself going back anytime soon.
But yeah, take it for what it's worth. I do love the hats I have from Baron's just for how durable they've been...

No Indy style hats, but I do have their Guy Williams Zorro hat, which Guy's son was selling around 2005.They were available in rabbit or beaver. Mine is rabbit, which I believe sold for about $375.00 at the time. I don't think Guy Jr. sells Zorro costumes anymore, but I believe Baron still offers the hat.

If anyone is interested I am pretty sure I read that they did the hat for Oppenheimer.

The article I read said they supplied ‘the’ hat for the film…I saw at least two distinct hats- ones had a ribbon and bow and another had a leather band. One was grey, another was a mossy brown color to my eyes.

Yeah, they claim a lot more than they should, but it seems like the costume designer confirmed Baron did the Oppenheimer hat. Dang, now I kinda want one…
