Dress shoes in the first 3 movies?

Does anyone know what dress shoes Harrison wore during formal occasions (campus,Club Obi Wan, Venice) in the first three movies?

I seem to remember a thread noting that KOTCS might have been another model of Aldens, but have no idea if this was also the case for the previous films.

Apologies if this was covered before, but I can't seem to find a previous discussion on this topic.

In the Venice scenes, it looks like Indy wears a dress shoe with toe caps...

In Raiders, to me, it looks to me like he's wearing similar shoes, but with no toe caps.

Hmmm, these two below might be the clearest shots. I can't really tell if those are just creases or a very light toe cap. Unfortunately Raiders doesn't seem too clear.

Last Crusade Venice is no toe cap. Cuffed trousers, however.
