Swapping out the zipper on a Raiders Jacket..

Has anyone ever had their zippers swapped out by a Tailor? Is this a fairly straight forward request for a tailor?

Does it have to be done specifically by a leather tailor? Any help as always is appreciated...

It's not a complicated process, but you do have to make sure the tailor is experienced working with leather.

I have used Arrow Leathercare for work on a few different jackets and they have done a great job at a reasonable price. This is who US Wings used at one time, don't know if they still do or if they've moved their repair service in house.

Dena at Great Leather is one you can definitely trust. The repro/vintage leather jacket community swears by her.
