Glasses Question (please don't yell at me ;) )

Okay...can someone please give me an definitive answer in regards to the glasses. I know that BOIC is out of business. I understand that Berkshire Chase is the alternative. Now which model ? The English Beaufort 2 or the Panto? Which finish? Do the English Beaufort 2's come with cable ear pieces?

Please don't tell me to search the back posts, because I have and I just get thorougly confused. I really would appreciate any and all help that you guys can give me before I go to the eye doctor.
