Some "turn" questions

There are so many detailed "turn" discussions it's easy to get bogged down. So I thought I would pose some basic turn questions.
-is it correct that the only part of Raiders where the hat is NOT turned is where Indy is approaching the cave in the jungle (very beginning of Raiders)?

-How about where he is walking through the tunnel with Satipo?

-Idol grab scene is definitely turned--correct?

Yeah, pretty much everywhere except for the shots in Hawaii are turned.

Sorry to be-labor this, but I am still a bit confused. So was the "idol-grab" fedora turned?
(I always thought that the approach to the idol and the grab scene were also done in Hawaii).

Those interior scenes would have been shot at Elstree.

Yeah, the gear in the jungle scenes outside the temple are distinctive from the inside the temple scenes as they were shot at different times and in very different places.

I don't think it's ever been confirmed, but I've always figured they packed two different sets of gear. One contained the most and went to UK/Europe and Africa while the other set got packed up early and shipped to Hawaii.
