As some of you are already aware, Jason Lavallée of Fedoraiders started working on a new hat block back in 2017 after a screen used Raiders hat surfaced and eventually sold in a Prop Store auction. As his reputation suggests, Jason saw THE hat and decided to overhaul his equipment to adjust the already stellar hats he’d been crafting to be even more screen accurate.
I jumped on a recent opportunity to pick up the prototype hat from Jason’s new block since it landed in my size with a folded sweatband, and I would say he delivered on the work he dedicated several years to. I’ll let the pictures do the rest of the talking…

Re: Fedoraiders New Block
As far as I know, he only makes 59cm, and at the moment this is the only hat he made from the new block. I wear a 58cm so it fits with the sweatband folded as advertised.Forrest For the Trees wrote:Is he still only making those in one size? Looks great!
He doesn't really take custom orders regularly. Mostly makes hats to experiment or wear himself, then eventually sells some of them off.
