Hey Gearheads, wondering if any of you have ever done this yourself. I purchased some 38mm galloon ribbon from Guy Morse-Brown Hat Blocks with the intention of replacing the ribbon on my AB myself or having a local hatter do it. Thoughts? Advice? Would I have to remove the sweat and liner first?
For some background, I have been wearing my AB a lot, often in direct sun. The ribbon has faded significantly, while the dark brown rabbit felt has started to fade to exactly where I want it. Here are some photos for reference, one showing the new ribbon for comparison.

Here's the direct link to Dalexs' excellent tutorial from his own website too (item 6 he mentions above):

You don't have to remove the sweat, but if the liner is sewn in, you will need to at least partially undo those stitches. It's not very hard, but just take your time and iron the ribbon carefully. For an ideal fit, lightly swirl the band: https://youtu.be/j-cNC1hSJmw" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
