Ok, well I found a local seamstress who has experience on working on leather, this is key in finding the right tailor.
My ToD pleats were blowing out and while this may be screen accurate, it was a distraction to me.
My S&J Truck jacket does this too, but not as bad and I'm on the fence.
So when went to talk to her, one of my questions was asking her to take pictures of the process.
Which she did and did one better, she posted on a blog for anyone to see and read about the process.

She did good, the material she used wasn't an elastic, but more of a T-shirt material.
Now while this works, the elastic maybe be better material and it may go back at some point if the material she used start to wear out.
I can't feel the material, not at all.
Cost for her is $60.00 and hour, and it took her a half hour.
My cost $30.00 + $10.00 for her to do the instructional. Which was my pleasure to pay for any and all to feel a better understanding of the process.

I hope this is helpful to anyone on the fence.
The only scary thing is after they open the seam, they can only close it up one way, and is not the same as the orrigiginal, but is a minor thing and you hardly notice.
