Yes it was a bummer, but the Misses to the rescue, she went and picked up today.
Well first impression was wow, beautiful. Some how my mind was imaging some HUGE whip, but it looked very similar to my Strain.
The color was perfect, not a bright tan, but muted.
And the different color on the transition knot was a drastic difference, but enough so that as it ages, will darken.
Came with couple of crackers and small tub of I'm assuming a wax.
Question, how soon is to soon to treat it with the wax.

And of course I was going to hold off and try it tomorrow, but I could help myself, right out a tried it out.
Now I'm not an expert by any stretch, but it cracked, not every time, but I was able to do my two basic's.
The Cattle man and the (don't know the name) where you drop it behind you, bring it and over the shoulder
then straight out and CRAAAAAACK.
So these are just some quick shots, I'll do some next to the Strain and outside light
