Thank you sir.
Been messing around with my ToD S&J
Didn't like how it looked with the sand paper, the grey undertone bothers me.
After wearing my Truck Chase from S&J with the lovely brown undertones.
So I hit with brown Pecard's, and some light distressing and that's it.
May think about selling it and get another, but this time see if they can do it with the brown undertones.
We'll see.

Would like to see the result!

I'd asked knibs7 how he did his distressing on his BK ToD
And it was mentioned I should start a new thread, just so I could show how mine S&J ToD came out.And Diego asked/mentioned.
Your ToD jacket is one of the last we did with old Lambskin stock.
We now use the same kind of leather as per RAIDERS jackets.
Only slightly thinner.
With brown undertones.

So hear I am.
When I received my S&J ToD originally, I always felt it needed more, I studied the movie screen caps and started to work on it.
I sort of probably ruined the had work of Diego.
Then they came out with the Truck Chase and it's been my primary go to.
So I started in my ToD, gave the water treatment (sorry Diego) and threw it the dryer to see what would happen.
Not much, so in with the sandpaper of may grits from 100 to 600.
To much grey started to show and I didn't like it. So I'd bought some Pecard brown and gave it a good coat and let it soak in.
Now the jacket was a more uniform brown with light distressing showing through. Did some light work and it's now a jacket I'll wear.
If I sell it to buy another S&J, my concern is they now can do it with the brown undertones, but would I feel it be just another Truck Chase, but in ToD pattern.
Here it is when I first got it.
And these were taken today 11-4-20
The distressing is not harder to see unless your really up close, so it's the looks the part of jacket that has been distressing on it's own with out any help.
