Need A Blanket And A Close-Enough Indy Ribbon?

Who does not shop for these things at once?

I am not sure if this will help anyone, but my daughter-in-law got a blanket for Christmas. I was on "trash detail" and as I was throwing things away, I noticed the blanket was wrapped with what looks like a decent "poor mans" Indy ribbon. It is not 38mm - I think closer to 35mm - and the ribbon color depends on the blanket color. The image below is as close as I could find on line, but you can see the ribbon laid across the brim of the Adventurebilt for comparison.

The blanket was from WalMart and it is a Better Homes And Garden blanket. So if you need a blanket, this may influence the color.

That's funny. For Christmas my sister got a sweatshirt similarly wrapped in a tan ribbon. I asked her if she was going to keep the ribbon and she was not so I snagged it with the same idea of being able to use it on a hat sometime in the future.
