Hi All,
I have never used imgur without assistance, so here it goes. I recently received a custom 100% beaver fedora from Advintage.
I have an Advintage SOC, a Clipper, and an Idol grab. They are all fantastic. I choose which hat to wear based on the day's attire (suit, going to work, jeans and polo, etc.). In my mind, I don't always find the styles to be entirely interchangeable. Personally, I wouldn't wear the grey clipper on a hike just as I would prefer not to wear an SOC with a suit to my day job.
I wanted a more interchangeable everyday hat. I asked Thomas of Advintage to please custom an Indy-type hat with a shorter crown, slight taper, and more relaxed pinch. Perhaps a combo between the Temple hat and the LC Castle Brunwald hat. Here is what Thomas crafted for me. I am thrilled. It fits the screen accuracy of my life, and looks to be a hat that I can wear anywhere with almost anything. It is also nice to have a hat that is 50% Temple/ 50% Brunwald, and 100% me.
I hope you enjoy. I would be remiss if I did not add that Thomas was once again a pleasure to work with - responsive, fast, and quality product. Also, this hat is made from his new line of beaver hats and it feels very light. Durable - but I almost forget I am wearing it.

Hi Howard,
Thank you!
It is Thomas' "Raiders Sable" as opposed to the "Light Sable" and "Regular Sable" that he offers.

That looks great. I really like the idea of a custom Indy style.
