Today was the sunniest, warmest day of the year so far, so together with my wife we took our bikes to the forest on the outskirts of our town. I got a nice chance to crack my pocket-bull and my mini-whip.
I made two short videos.

By the way, thanks for keeping threads going in the bullwhip section.

My pleasure! My love (obsession?) for whips got me into Indiana Jones in the first place...IndianaJustin wrote:By the way, thanks for keeping threads going in the bullwhip section.
Wish the section was more active...

Re: 'Small' cracking session
Well the threads come and go. Though let's be honest, a fedora and even a leather jacket is much much cheaper than a functional and quality bullwhip. I've been doing doing this for some time and only owned one cowhide bullwhip and as awesome as it was, I had to sell around '08, '09.
Also, could also be the weather. Once Spring and Summer hit there might be more activity..... literally and figuratively.
Great videos though!!!!

It's made by Andrea Tognarelli (The Vintage Hatmaker on Instagram). It definitely is a great hat, nicely made, sits greatly on the head. He works fast and well, I recommend his business!Dr._J wrote:Great fedora also! Who made it?

Re: 'Small' cracking session
I guess you're right, backstagejack.
I was considering only that I used to peruse the Bullwhip section even when I didn't own a real whip... It's always fun to see photos and videos of various whips.
Maybe Indy 5, if it ever gets made, will bring some activity here...
Cheers,
Bear
