Leather flap holster for my 9mm

I’ve been looking for a flap holster for my FNH FNS 9mm, and I came across this today:

Looks pretty legit to me

What do you guys think?

Looks nice and well made as far as I can tell. The price is a bit steep, though. I would think $50-$60 would get you one just as nice.
