Kangaroo Leather

Post by bearbeast »

Does anyone now if you can get kangaroo hide, suitable for whip making, in europe, or UE?

I know there are a few places in the US, but the transport + import taxes are a bit high, and the Customs Office in my country is...uh...inconvenient...

Any help would be appreciated!

Update:

For anyone interested, I have found some 0.6-0.8 mm thick leather at Rickert Werkzeug in Germany. I bought some and made a whip and it is good enough from my side, even though it is thinner than usual whip leather.
