Budget Raiders Hero Jacket by Soldier of Fortune

Post by Skipper »

I don't know if this was spotted already but searching on the web I found this:

Maybe someone has already bought one of these?

these remind me a lot of the WPG offering, complete with goatskin, large collar, narrow straps & similar type loop/buckles and liner. Would be interested to know where these are made? If anyone has one, post some photos.

All the SOF uniforms I have purchased were made in Pakistan. Some are quite good, others are cut poorly. Would think for the price Wested is a better bet.

sounds like the jacket could be sourced from the same maker. If so, several years ago, a G&B Expedition was used as a template for this jacket. I have not seen one lately, but the goatskin was very pliable. Nice skin and a more natural looking chocolate brown.

Here is my review and comparison thread...

Thanks for the link to the WPG review, looks like one detail as the straps are better in dimensions. As seen on the pictures on the SOF website...
