Morgan Whip Care Question

Post by mechinyun »

Hey guys, I picked up a new morgan back in January, I have no real intrest in actually using it, just more of a nice wall decoration. (My previous morgan was used quite a bit for learning and using)

Anyway, Im wondering if i just keep the whip hanging on the wall coiled with a coating of pecards every 6 months or so. Will it stay in relatively New condition, as opposed to doing the same with frequent (careful) usage?

Thanks!

well, two of the things Morgan himself advises are:

a) using the whip, as it keeps it loose. But you said you don't want to use it, so that tip goes out the window.
b) if you're going to hang it on a wall, don't hang it on a nail, hang it on a wooden peg. :junior: -IJ
