Hi all
My original Unissued MkVII is on it's last legs, and I'm looking for a replacement. Having recently purchased a replacement bag complete with gas mask and respirator on ebay for next to nothing, I discovered that the mask that came with the bag has a high probability of containing Chrysotile Asbestos, which is rather hazardous (Best not take my lunch to work in that ) Another piece of history destined to be destroyed. Maybe Indy was right, "It belongs in a Museum".

This has put me off buying an original all together. So my question is, who makes the best repo MkVII and/orMkV? I've been looking at Soldier of Fortune (UK based), WPG and Magnoli, anyone have any decent reviews/pictures and advice?
Cheers guys

Re: Reproduction MkVII
I like Magnoli's bags for their muted olive color, quality canvas construction, and disc detail. Mine serves only to hold spare gear parts at this point. I have no other repro to compare it to.
When in gear, I still insist on an original bag slung on a Pecard-darkened Todd's strap fitted with a stainless Adventurebilt buckle.

There are a number of detail photos and comparison photos of Magnoli and Todd's reproduction bags in this topic:

Re: Reproduction MkVII
I found an unused original MkVII from here. You should find a selection on this link. http://www.endicotts.co.uk/filter?taxon ... ective=All" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;IndyRich wrote:Hi all
