Crown height/dimensions for Indy hats?

I'm just wondering if there is a thread of the crown heights for each of the hats from the films? There are a lot of information on the Raiders hat but just wondering if there are any dimensions particularly the crown heights of the other hats most notably the LC and CS hats?

I dont know where I read this, it could even be all in my head but I thought that all hats have a 5 1/2 inch crown. They just look different due to the different hat blocks and the different bash on each hat. BUT thats based only on a vague memory, I do however know for a fact that the official Herbert Johnson Poets for each film all have a 5 1/2 inch crown.
