I've had this whip for a few years, and I have no idea where it's from or who made it. It's clearly a more budget whip, I got it off another Indy costumer on Facebook for £60.00. I needed a whip for the costume and it was affordable. He told me he wasn't sure where it was from, but thought it was a 'ranch in Texas'.
It's relatively easy to crack, or at least, I can do it with no experience, and is relatively light, although with a bit of weight to it. It's clearly pretty short too.
It's my birthday tomorrow and my wife has actually ordered me a 10 foot Magnoli budget whip to replace this one. I don't use the whip as a tool, just as something to hang on the belt when I costume, so I wanted something a bit more accurate for that (and affordable; I could simply never justify spending the money on a 'real' whip with my and my wife's current income).
I'm considering either selling this one, or just keeping it for when/if I ever costume and people want to see the whip crack, but I'd like to try and identify it first, so if I do sell it, I know what it's worth and how to advertise it, rather than just have it as a 'bullwhip' with absolutely no knowledge about it. I'm not expecting it to be worth anything, certainly not more than I paid for, it's just I don't really want to sell it to another costumer without being able to describe what it is.
I am also aware it may be impossible to identify from just a picture like that, but I'm not sure what details are needed. Please let me know if anything else can help.
