Hey guys! Still here with my magnoli jacket!
As you can see on the pictures in this thread, the jacket has strong pinkinsh undertones.
Do you think it's possible to dye it in order to obtain some brown undertones, Last Crusade like?
I have treated it with leather "milk" last week, and i have the impression that the undertones are now darker, but still not brown enough. Anyone to help? Indy Magnoli?
Thanks a lot!

Trying to change an existing color to another color by adding the color you want doesn't generally work (ie adding brown to pink to make it brown). You could try applying a little color theory... opposite colors darken and dull (make more brown); in this case, you could try some olive (yellowy-green) coloring... not sure what product would be available in that color, but that would change your "pink" tones to a more browner hue. Maybe something like this would be worth trying out:

One this for sure: try it out on the inside pocket leather or that leather patch around the label before anywhere else on the jacket! :TOH:

Such an amazing looking jacket. Overtime I see something from Magnoli's collection, my wallet starts running for its life.
