Victor tella Indy whip?

Post by indyfan1234 »

I haven't seen much talk about victor tella Indy style bull whips. He makes them kangaroo leather and a 8 foot is about $375 and 10ft is $430? I believe. I searched and only found a few articles on him and most are from 2009 or before. For the price I'm surprised more people haven't bought one. Any opinions on his Indy whips?

I have one of his 8 plait budget whips and I really like it. Fantastically accurate and very well made.

Would it be possible to post a pic here or pm me one? Victor only has professional website pics. I rather see on hand pics. he sells kangaroo whips cheaper then most people and he told me because he believes whips have gone too high in price because of Indiana jones so he sells them what he thinks the fair price is on them.

I fully understand haha. On one of his promo pics the handle seems a little thicker and the end knot looks more rounded but if the whip itself is good and tight bands not being 100 percent accurate is fine with me saving a few hundred dollars haha.

Sorry, I've had a really crazy few weeks and didn't get a chance to get a pic till the other day. This is one of the budget whips, not an Indy whip but...

I've had it for about 4 years now and crack it fairly regularly. It's not the fastest whip I've ever felt, but it throws out straighter than any of the other ones I've cracked.
