Some of my gear displayed.

Post by teneas »

Thought it was about time I showed you guys some of my gear, minus my hats, and my backpack. I took a glass front display shelf, and as an electrician, I added lighting. Hope you guys enjoy, and I look forward to your thoughts.

That looks awesome!

Where'd you get that holster, and what's filling it?

And what about the Indy GI custom figure? Where's that from?

Great collection wonderfully displayed!

Holster just came in the mail today as a matter of fact. Make it Jones distressed temple holster. Filled with a Webley replica. Just a Denix one however but the best Webley replica I could afford. The Gi-Joe was found awhile back on eBay. Was a HUGE Gi-Joe guy as a child.

Thank you for the compliments

It's looking great! I was also a massive GI Joe fan as a kid but I had no idea they ever made an Indiana Jones figure. That's awesome. Good job on the back ground displays too. That makes such a difference for making it look more authentic.

Headpiece is from Relic maker and is the Nazi version signed by Belloq

The idol is just a cheaper version from eBay. My wife saw me looking for one I could afford and got the one I had viewed the most. Very flawed but I like the color honestly. I would love to have a true work of art but it cost more than I am willing to spend for now.

The whip is an 8' crystal skull by Dusty. Managed to get it for about $200 from another Indy forum.

I need a Grail, grail dairy, poison antidote, and the coins from Club Obi Wan in temple. Can not for the life of me find a 1:1 crystal skull, or the peacock diamond that's accurate.

With the so very little time I have, more than likely I will be buying one. I am artistic only in writing sadly and not making things like that

My sentiments exactly. I have seen some where the pages look much more 'aged' than the others, let me know if you find the perfect one as I am looking for one as well.
