Rattling snaps?

I've had two Nowak's develop rattling snaps- the press studs on the storm flap. The inner coil(?) would come loose and jingle around with every movement, like a dog bell. Anyone else experience this and know of a fix?

Take it to a local cobbler or leather shop. Usually a pop with a leather hammer on anvil will tighten up the loose parts.
