Not only are these girls into whips, but they're darn good at it. I can't even do what they're doing! :whip:

I just noticed, my local whip group has more members than the other international FB whip groups. Right now we have exactly 450 members. With probably only a dozen who aren't Filipinos or locally based in the Philippines.

...and to think I thought that there were no other people like me in the Philippines who are into whips. Little did I know that the rodeo community was huge here in Philippines.

In the case of Rodeo, I hope to see you all in Cheyenne in July! It'll be worth the trip. "Daddy of Em' All"!

Very cool whip video. I still haven't taken the time to really attempt to crack. I need to next time I head out.

I'm not really into all that rodeo stuff, but my girlfriend is. She competes here in the Philippines... Well, used to. She hasn't played rodeo in 2 years. She's actually forming an all women's team to compete next year in Masbate.

Here she is competing in the bullriding competition 2 years ago.

and this is what she looked like after... she face-planted on the ground when she was thrown off. funny thing was, this pic was published full page in a travel magazine.

this is my gf competing in the bullwhip competition during her college years... before we ever met.

Image
this is the most recent pic of her whip cracking... we were at Puerto Galera last month.
