Price is right for a gift buy for my peeps.
But don't want poor quality to come back and haunt me.

Dont buy it if you expect it to work. Costume for kid...fine. That looks like one of Jrzjoe's many alias. Nothing but tissue paper in the middle. If you were going to start playing a quitar...you need a low end prices...high end quality quitar...the same applues to whips. Can't afford $300-$500 kangaroo...then go $150 on a good nylon...or $200ish on a cow.
