Did a "new lid" photoshoot last night

Post by bfett81 »

Pardon my low-res images but I wanted to get some quick feedback from COW. This is a Todd's Raiders hat, and my first Indy lid.

At first I was thinking it was a bit too large on me (like the brim is too wide), but the more I wore it the more it grew on me? Thoughts?

Very nice! Looks terrific on you -- and no, the brim is not too wide -- however, I would note that Mr. Spock's ears look a bit too wide for his head :rolling: ! Seriously...nice lid for you :TOH: ! W>

Thanks guys. Wasn't sure about the brim, so appreciate the feedback.

And yeah, it's the downtowner. But same as the Raiders hat to me.

Hey BFett! It DOES take a while for the fedora to grow on your head. I always thought the brim was too wide or the crown too tall on my first fedora, but the downtowner is no Fed III! Don't let anyone sway your opinion on your hat but yourself!
Those first 3 or so photos of you in costume with the hat really nail the look. I take it you are wearing a Todd's shirt, right?

FYI, one of the moderators will probably swing by and take down some of the images due to our image policy (no more than... 6 displayed images per thread?). You can always link to the image, so we can see more of them!

Yes, Todd's shirt. I also have his pants.

I will modify the post, thanks.
