No offence to you Magnolie but are Todd's or Magnolie's whips any good for whip cracking? Like say if I used one to let's say..... perform(not like I perform just wondering)! What if I wanted to whip crack and reuse it every now and than. I would like to get a Indy kangaroo whip and I wanted to ask you fellas.

Seriously though... these whips are really more show/costume pieces. You can certainly use them for cracking (see my YouTube video), but it takes a lot more effort than with a properly weighted kangaroo bullwhip.

I've never tried the Magnoli offering, but you've got to admire a seller who doesn't try to over-estimate the capabilities of their product. 
I have cracked a couple of Todd's whips -- an 8 footer and a 6 footer. They are moderately well constructed for the price, but both are VERY light and I really don't think they would hold up for more than just the very occasional throw. Like what Magnoli is selling, more for costume than for use.
If you want a whip to really use and learn on, you can't beat nylon. You can get a well made nylon whip for not much more than a Todd's and if you get it made in brown, it would pass as a costume whip until you can afford a more accurate leather whip made for cracking.
