Thanks, I have already tried yet but they haven't yet replied (message sent last week). I might try giving them a call.

I was just wondering if anyone had any other thoughts, thanks very much though!

Just received this reply from Christy's:

"I'm afraid we only manufacture new hats we do not offer a re-blocking service. Unfortunately I don't know anyone that does. Maybe you could google re-blocking services? Or try Joseph Alan in London tel 0207 5369411"
