I was visiting a store and chuckled when I came across this. Looks like Martha has the Indy gear bug.

DUDE! At $7 a pop, you could have cleaned them out, and put them, unwrapped, on eBay for $25 each!

That was my first thought but upon closer look half the bristles are a finer white nylon material. It appears to be used for making some sort of texture one side makes one texture and flip it over for a different one. It's hard to see in the picture. Also the black bristles aren't that dense.
Believe me I examined it carefully after I chuckled.
