I bought this whip back in 1996 from Mr. David Morgan himself who, at the time, was building several whips for the Indiana Jones Stunt show at Disney's MGM Studios in Florida.
Not sure if this is a real statement just a new lead. When I saw the whip it was very well worn in, at least 6 years old. (As you can see in the pictures below)

It looks like roo not cow to me. Any whip used in that show is going to wear out quick on that concrete floor. i wouldn't know why they would spend the extra $ for a Morgan just to beat it up.
I saw the stunt show within days of Moloram. After the show I chatted with the guy that played Indy and asked about the bullwhip used if it was a DAvid Morgan. He said no that it's a roo whip that they got from someone in Austrailia. That's all he knew.
Interesting, Aside from the funny look to the turkshead knot, it really does resemble the Morgan bullwhip. I can’t tell if the knot is smashed or just thinner and rounder then the standard knot DM puts on his whip. Just out of curiosity, has any one ever asked him if he supplied any whips to Disney? If its not David’s work, I think some one did a nice job of trying to recreate the look. One things for sure it has a great “patina”, I’d liked to see a few more pics.
There's a bullwhip on Ebay right now that add's to this story. It states in the description that the whip for sale was purchased from the same stock as the Disney whips that DM was working on at the time. According to the seller, DM definitely did the whips for the stunt show.

Agent5.....if you read my first post that's exactly what i said...
Yes, the knot looks oddly shaped but its actually smashed. When i looked at it the strand used for the knot was very loose and smashed. The whip gets smashed on the ground 3 times every show so no wonder it looks that way.

Hey guys,
I was at the stunt show on Thursday, and managed to get picked as an extra. Naturally, the gearhead in me came out, and instead of cheering Indy as he ran around the stage, I was trying to get a closer look at the handle of the bullwhip as it lay on the mat. I'm almost positive that the three initials were D, (letter that looked like an "B,") and an M... The whip looked fairly new, and strikingly like my Stenhouse.
