REALLY like the 10th Bn pic, too!
I've been looking at that hat for a long time. Did you get it through WPG? If so, did you go a size up? Regardless of where you got it ( unless it's the real deal ) I imagine only so many people manufacture them, and I've heard they tend to run small. That's fairly the only thing holding me back.
Again: excellent pics!!!
I reenact WWI and we have a lady who reproduces WWI canadian 7 button uniforms. WPG makes British uniforms

You mean that's two different countries?!?
I jest.
But in all honesty, I'da thought the cap would be the same pattern in any event. Also, at another look, I thought it was the softer trench cap. Perhaps this is the Canadian equivalent? Obviously I'm talking out of my depth*, but it's still a great impression.
* let us say I have "fundamental awareness" in a lot of areas. I'm thankful for that much, considering the current climate of historical education ...
EDIT: you know what? On a third look, it does seem to be the cap I'm asking after, but of a different manufacture/pattern. No rigidity? So... What's the story with the kit?
I got the cap frow what price glory.. they had 2 caps and officers cap and the trench cap.. i got the trench cap it's more stiff that i want but i think it's due to being new and not worn much the way you see in the old pictures. i got mine in my hat size 7 1/4 it fits but it's snug..
The rest of the uniform is from the movie Paschendale a Canadian WW1 flic about the battle of the same name, low budget but well done filmed here in Calgary. It stared Paul Gross of Due South fame. The webbing is what price glory
