I just wonder if these will have the steel shanks in them also?
Yes, it's confirmed. Steel shanks.

Wow. It's been awhile since I purchased any Indy stuff, but seeing how I wear my Alden's every day because they help soooooo much with my back pain, I'm going to give these a shot. Hopefully, they will support my back the same way...at least while I have my Alden's re-soled! Thanks, Todd!

I've got a pair of Aldens, but I've been waiting for Todd to get some more boots in stock for ages...Back order placed...

Due to frustration jacket shopping I decided to pacify the urge and order a paid of these wonderful boots. There are a few Alden 403s on eBay but I can't justify the $425 price tag. Looking forward to getting my everyday adventure boots. Many thanks Todd.

Can anyone elaborate on the widths available with the Todd's boots? I have a pair of 11E Aldens. What would the best size to get in these new boots? 11, 11 1/2 ?
Thanks,
Jake

I have G width feet. I've ordered a pair of size 10.5. I hope to God they'll be wide enough!

I for one am VERY excited about these.
I never went for the 80 dollar ones because I'd heard about some of the issues. I wanted a quality shoe I could use but can't blow 400 on real Aldens.
These boots sound pretty darn quality and only 150. I like the sound of that.

These new boots look pretty darn good, and they sound to be sturdy and better than the old ones. Looks like it's worth the price increase. Even though I have Aldens these still look nice to have.
