Who would I talk to to get the most Raiders/KOTCS accurate hat block?
How much would it run?
Where to get the most accurate Indy block?

LaMode Hatblocks has one of Steve's blocks on file for his customers.
I believe the price is somewhere in the neighborhood of $125. If you do a board search, you should be able to find Steve talking about it. It's floating around somewhere.

Two guys who have the most accurate blocks are John Penman and Steve Delk (Delk made the hats for KotCS), but I can't believe they would sell copies of their creations, although if I'm wrong, then hey, terrific!
Another option, even besides jlee's, is a vintage #52 hat block. Sometimes they come up for sale on ebay. I was lucky in that I got mine for not a ridiculous price. It may not be a perfect Raiders/KotCS block, but it is typical of what was used in the '30s to get that straight-sided look.
I just reblocked a Fed III this weekend using my 52 block. See the 'reversal reblock' thread. I think it looks very much like a Raiders hat, if a little tall, but I like 'em that way.

Hmm.. I used to have the LaMode block but misplaced it (i know). I might get that one again, it was quite nice. I was just wondering if there were any alternatives.
