Mine look like the bottom of the two lie flat pictures, and like the set in the 3/4 view picture at the bottom.

I have no issues with them, they're perfect. (well other than my head is really too fat for them)

Well, makes me feel better that I'm getting what others are getting, rather than a faulty replacement piece, but I can't understand why they'd do the solid brown on the temples and chestnut tortoise on the frame front.

Just found this pic. It's from Algha's site so I guess the clear brown temple sleeve is standard.
