Mine look like the bottom of the two lie flat pictures, and like the set in the 3/4 view picture at the bottom.
I have no issues with them, they're perfect. (well other than my head is really too fat for them)

Just found this pic. It's from Algha's site so I guess the clear brown temple sleeve is standard.
