If you used the fed as a raw body did you have to use a flange too to get the brim right? :-k Or were you basically reblocking the fed on a different block than it had originally been blocked on?

yes, I reblocked the old fed.

Holt, that hat looks too dang good! How about I send you a brand new fed and you reblock it for me on that magic block of yours? [-o< What size did you say it was again ;) ?

Seriously though, would you mind putting up some more pics of your block with measurements? I've found a vintage block I'm considering purchasing, but would love to be able to compare it to yours first.
