Wearing 405s on set.
I'm wearing my 405s this weekend while running around for a new movie, Trance. Just SA background stuff, but I get a kick whenever I get to use my Aldens in a movie. And they're great for running around in when the wardrobe brief is smart casual.

As great as the 405's are ,because of their solid construction (steel shank) ,i've always struggled to run comfortably in mine - may be mine need more breaking in .HF run around the streets of cairo in raiders ,so is it just me or do other people have trouble running in their 405's ?

They do make you run a bit flat-footed. But I find that they absorb much of the impact and provide exceptional grip on dry pavements and roads. They're also good for when you have to stand around for long periods of time between takes. Not bad for boots that can look kind of smart, as long as they've not been artificially distressed.

I'm just glad to hear someone else is wearing their Aldens while on set.
