That first pic has always been the be all to end all shots of Indiana Jones. To me, the hat looks perfect, the pose is too cool, the look is tough, the enviroment screams exotic local...just perfect. I had this photo in an old magazine which has since faded horribly and have yet to find a decent copy so thanks for the link. Brings back a lot of excitment and thrills for what became a staple in my life. Thanks :TOH:

The second looks like that guy walked off with Indy's lunch and Indy gave him a smarting across the neck! :whip:

It seems like he isn't wearing the gun belt, though you can clearly see the holster . . .

Hey Daren..

You can see the gunbelt, it's riding high at the back and over the brown web belt..So it's hard to pick up... :TOH:

DHW
Also Daren, in some shots in Cairo ( not much just you) the shirt is untucked and goes over the belt but the holster is in front of the shirt.

That first picture... Why is the bag strap facing inwards?

One of two things ( maybe more that I didn't think of )

Either it's the way he snapped his wrist, or since the whip is so loose, when he cracked it send a wave back down the whip, and

the picture was taken at just the right time to catch this.
