how long is the wpg glory shirt compared to others?

hey everyone,
i own a wested shirt and several other store bought close enoughs and was thinking of taking the plunge and ordering a wpg shirt but im put off by the measurements on their website for shirt lenght, i do like to wear my indy shirts untucked sometimes and i hate the look of a shirt thats too long when untucked, you just look like a kid in his dads clothes so im wondering if anyone has experience with the length of the shirts compared to the wested shirt or any others?
photos would be a great help, and for reference help im 6 foot tall

Well, I just recently got one myself and couldn't be happier. I'm 6'-1'' and almost opted for the Lg- long, but decided on the plain Lg and it worked out perfectly for me. It was just the right length i.m.o. I would imagine that your personal measurement come into play as everybody is built different. The measurement guide on the site is accurate so I would use that, however as I'm writing this, i don't recall it mentioning a length for the shirt. If nothing else is added to this thread, I will measure my length tomorrow.

I've been through three WPG's. They are pretty short, and mine won't stay tucked for anything. Also, as much good press as they get here, I find their shirt to be the most delicate piece of available. The fabric is tough as nails, but I have had to repair mine constantly. I had one that needed restitching three times without me ever wearing it. Just getting wash, hung up, and packed for a summit popped seems.

My advice (within the off-the-rack offerings), get a Todd's. Longer, softer, and put together better.

thanks for the replies guys, im really torn here, i live in the uk so its gonna be an expensive experiment to try a wpg shirt, maybe i should try an ab shirt in terms of overall price it would prob work out the same for me to get a wpg from the states as it would to get a ab from europe, they ship from europe right?

I measured my shirt this evening and the side seam from the bottom of the arm hole is 15.5 inches. The back length is 32 inches from the bottom of the collar stand. I hope this is helpful. Again, this is a large-reg. size shirt.

This new run of shirts seems to be well constructed. I haven't had any problems and it has been through the wash several times.

well i took the plunge and ordered a wpg shirt, hoopefully it wont take too long to get here, and hopefully i wont be stung with import duty, if i dont then it will work out about £10 cheaper than the wested

Hey, not a problem with the measurements. You shouldn't be disappointed with the delivery time, either. I ordered mine on a Sunday and received it on the following Wednesday.

my wpg shirt arrived today, very impressive shirt, seems tough as nails and the fit is pretty good too. was thinking i would prob need it taken in but it looks good as is, still a bit of room in it but its ok def not as snug as my todds which i always feel im ready to bust out of like the hulk or something. im heading to croatia for a week so the full review and pics will have to wait till i get back

its a great shirt, and a good colour too
