Wested TOD In Authentic Lamb

Post by Bdgsi11 »

Hello everyone. This morning I received my custom Temple of Doom from Wested and it is amazing!! I also own an off the rack Wested in the same hide and the difference between the two are extremely noticeable. First off, the lamb used for the custom is the softest I have ever touched and is so light weight and comfortable. The off the rack one is much heavier, thicker and not even remotely close to being as soft.

To me, this jacket that I got kinda looks like a cross between Raiders and Temple, only from the front though, because it is kinda short. The back you can definitely tell is Temple because of the low yoke seam.

Well, here are some pictures. I'll try and have some better quality shots up later, but these will do for now. Let me know what ya think. ;)

I was thinking seriously about a Wested OTR lamb, but then Todd came along with the Bantu Wind, so, for the price, I couldn't resist. I still may go for a Wested one of these days when the budget allows.

A FINE looking jacket, my friend. :M:

That length looks perfect to my eye.

Folks tend to forget jackets are SUPPOSED to be short. Any longer, and you're entering 'coat' territory.

Enjoy it!

Regards! Michaelson

Very nice..you are absolutely gonna love it more once its broken in. I don`t know why but my Todd`s jacket all look great as is, broken in or not....my Westeds all seem to need some distressing (real or fake),to mold in, and relax to look the part. Once they do, they are awesome looking!

Yeah, I'm definitely in the "that looks like a pretty perfect fit" camp too, Bdgsi11...
