I would guess wet them and put them in the dryer on high heat.

TRY THIS ON AN EXTRA PAIR FIRST!
-apply mink oil generously.
-microwave in ten second intervals until oil is absorbed.
-rinse and repeat a few times.
-let sit overnight.
in addition to making the gloves shrink, this will also give then a distressed appearance without any actual wear and tear, quite the opposite. they'll also hold wrinkles and creases more readily, as well as holding shape somewhat, so after wearing them for a few hours they'll have that lovely "i've been used and abused for several years" look.
i tried to take some before and after pictures, but none of them did the effect justice.

Or...
You could go outside and do a ton of yard work in the pouring rain...
Get them thoroughly soaked (along with everything else you're wearing...)
Go inside and put them on a radiator to dry...
(Not that it's something I would do... or did... )

That, and/or the perspiration from a heavy yard work day will soak them from the inside too, and once they dry will ALSO help them shrink down a size or so.

Batm.....er ....Bruce,
I soaked my WL gloves in hot water for a while, then wore them until dry (makes typing really hard).
Once dry, I gave them a coat of Pecards and they fit perfectly ever since.

I totally agree with Dalexs - you gotta actually wear them and get them as wet as possible inside and out. Then let them dry on a radiator or in the dryer. Repeat as often as necessary. To get a pair of gloves to stretch and conform to your hands do the same thing but allow to dry in room temp.
