FYI
... look like killer boots. I'll let'cha know when they arrive. Like the guy in the review says:"Considering that it probably cost Unca Sam about twice what I paid for mine, I'm happy! Get the most out of your tax money! Buy these boots!"

There is a bunch of places that carry them. Just do a search for Corcoran Historic Jump Boot. For the price around 140 bucks they can't be beat.

Brigade Quartermasters (among many places) used to have some, browse http://www.actiongear.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; (I would right now if I wasn't working).

Nice looking. I might get some, but I would prefer a shorter boot with speed lace hooks at the top. Sound familiar? I am interested in a cap toe work boot, and these might fit the bill.

Havn't gotten them yet, ordered last week. They are basically identical to the WWII boot. I actually have my fathers originals in black and I still wear them. Great boots imo. I'm surprised they are so cheap.

I got the Corcorans today and they are very comfortable. They are built on a Munson last which is basically an orthapedic type last.

http://www.unshod.org/pfbc/swintro.htm
They recommend to order a half size smaller than your normal size and whatever your width is (D or EE in these). Thats what I did and they fit really well. Made in USA also.
