I'm just curious, as I purchased one back on the 14th.

It took about 2 weeks for a shipment to Tokyo.. Perhaps 2-3 weeks would be average? If you're in the UK it'll be a fair bit quicker I'd guess.. For an off the rack anyway... Custom makes things a little harder to judge..

Probably add a week on or thereabouts... Depending on the amount of changes and what you requested.. A month would be pushing it, but I'd say within a month would be fair.. In my experience..

I had a custom washed goat ROLA take almost two months. It also depends if Wested is working with a film order. Luckily you're in the UK, your jacket shouldn't take long to ship to you. Hopefully your jacket is being made right now. Good luck!

I phoned through my order for a custom and it arrived about 10 days later. This was just a couple of weeks ago.

Whenever I've ordered; They take 2 weeks to make the jacket and then shipping duration depends on where it's going..

7 to 10 working days is what Peter told me,and I got my custom TOD with in a week \:D/ .

Things are a LOT quicker at Wested now as they have taken on more machinists.
They have stopped overseas manufacturing of the off the rack jackets and needed more staff.

They don't send emails when it ships...It'll just arrive sometime after you get the "Status update"...

See I ordered mine on 4/14 and on 4/15 received an email stating that it is processing, but nothing since. Should I be worried?

I ordered my custom ROLA jacket January 3rd and received my jacket on the 14th. To be honest I didn't expect it that soon :)
