Hat lining.

Post by archiephotographycom »

Hey Lads,

Could you tell me what does it mean? I checked on google and there are 2 different information.

Source:
http://www.advintagefedora.de/shop/prod ... dora1.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

"It comes without hat lining off-the-shelf. However, for a little extra charge you can choose from different hat linings".

Its a line of material around the hat's edge or inside?

Let me know, Thanks.

Liner is inside the hat to keep sweat from the felt. Most hat companies include a liner with their hats.

Material on the edge of the brim is called a " bound edge"
