Help with Uswings Hero Jacket Size

Post by Stefan Hills »

Greetings Ladies and Gents,

Need some help with regards to a USWING's Hero Indy Jacket. I am in the market for a Medium Jacket, because I think I wanted a more fitted look. I have a Large and a Large Long in my closet to compare a medium to.
While the fit in the Large is ok, I want to see if I should get a medium.

Here are the measurements I would need,

Measurements (taken with jacket zipped up, lying flat):

Across the top (shoulder seam to shoulder seam) —
Pit to Pit —
Shoulder seam (top of shoulder, from base of collar stand to sleeve) —
Sleeve Length (from shoulder seam to end of cuff) —
Sleeve Length (from center back, base of collar) —
Length of Storm Flap —
Back Length (from base of collar stand) —

Any help would be wonderful! I want to order one of these soon, so please help,

Thank you inadvance,

Kind regards,
Stefan

What's your regular jacket size? Long-sleeved shirt size (like 16 1/2 - 33)? How tall are you, what's your chest and waist sizes and how much do you weigh? It's been my experience with several USW jackets of different types that they run very big. It all depends on the jacket. I can wear anything from a 'Small' to a 'Large' depending on the individual coats. I'm guessing if you now wear a Large or Large Long that you would take a Medium in the USW, but you may have to try several - these are handmade and are very individual.
