Sad to see he current climate in Cairo Egypt. Do you think anyone is using a bullwhip in the riots?

Actually it was in the news today that a bunch of men rode through the crowds on horseback and used whips on the crowd. I saw the footage of it. I am sure it is online.
And yes, terrible what is going on over there.
