Sorry for the delay in responding but I have had trouble coming up with the right words to show my gratitude. Once again you go far beyond what is required to make your customers happy. And I am proud to call myself a loyal customer.

Since the jacket is so new I am going to take you up on your generous offer. The slice was just eating away at me. I'll send out the jacket this week. make no mistake, I won't be leaning against any telephone poles in NYC wearing this jacket anymore
