Possible Shirt Substitute

Post by Sheffield Jones »

While out spending some of my Christmas money,I ran across a very close Indy-type Safari shirt at Dillards  (Sorry as far as i can tell no pics. on their web site  .)It was marked down from $32.00 to $19.00.It is a Roundtree & Yorke(Cool! That says Adventure/Explorers right there!!)Outfitters. It has the Epalets(?),Pleats on the button-down pockets, the strap and button to hold your sleeves rolled up,and come in a variaty of colors(the closest to Indy's is Cement I think.).
It kinda reminds me of the long gone K Mart Route 66 Shirt.
I'm thinking real hard on going back and getting another one.
With my Oak Creek pants,my other R&Y shirt, and now this shirt,I have renamed the store "Indiana Dillards"

Sorry, not just trying to keep this thread going,But, while studying the shirts on the shirt page,I realized that the R&Y Shirt I got is more like the L.L. Bean Cotton Poplin Field Shirt than the Route 66 Shirt. Just thought someone might want to know. :D

I'm checking the website for a location near me...

Meanwhile, for winter I must insist you check out the LLBean Chamois shirts.
